A nine-year-old boy was knocked to the ground when he was slapped by a man, for "playing near his house". CCTV footage shows the middle-aged man following the youngster after he goes to retrieve his football from a grocery shop in Leicester. Skazyupdate A Head Teacher with the Cross River State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB, on Grade Level 13 has been demoted to the post of a gate man on Grade Level 04, while 758 others were sent to lower grade levels for using fake certificates to gain employment into the service. Dr. Stephen Odey, Chairman of SUBEB, told Vanguard in Calabar that over 758 teachers with fake certificates and 700 ghost teachers were uncovered during screening across the state. He said: “We got a lot of petitions from stakeholders intimating us about the presence of teachers in the system who are using fake certificates and we had to embark on a screening of the teachers across the state and what we saw was marvelous.” Dr. Odey said the fake certificates have been confiscated from their owners. Skazyupdate An 8-month-old baby girl born in India, Chahat Kumar, who weighs as much as a healthy 4-year-old at 38 pounds, has left doctors baffled over what could be causing her rabid appetite and weight. Doctors say the baby was born healthy and without any complications. Her parents say she grew at a normal rate until she was around 4 months old. After that age, she began to cry if she wasn't fed all the time and won't stop until she's been fed.
